With the changing season, Just like your wardrobe, it's time to change your beauty routine too. Well, there's always CTM to follow. However, does it help to apply heavy moisturizer which used to work in winter? No, I guess. Heavy moisturizer will make your skin looks too greasy in summer. Just like these small little things. Here are things you can keep in mind, which will help your skin looks healthy this summer.
1. There are plenty of products that you can use but nothing beats water. Due to immoderate heat, try to wash your face 3-4 times a day, not necessarily with a face wash every time. Do face scrub 2 times a week. Use cleanser more often as possible, Instead of face wash cleanser will help your skin remove oil & dirt more effortlessly
2. Using lightweight cream products. Heavy foundation or face cream, will ruin your face during day time. So try to be minimalist as possible. Instead of foundation, use BB Cream which is lightweight and gives coverage as well.
3. Don't forget your SPF even for the lips too. Use at least 40+in summer. And they are plenty of lip care available with SPF. And apply at least 15 mins before heading out in the sun. For oily skin people, they are matt SPF out in the market too.
4. A water-based product, as I mentioned before, Say no to heavy moisturizer. Try to use Gel or water-based cream & lotion. Use Glycerine, Rosewater, Natural face pack like Indian clay, Alovera, etc
5. Face pack & face cream try to use at night. Cause night time is the healing time. Repair your damage skin in the night. Use a Korean face mask, Alovera & natural oil pack, or a night cream.
